The Sandiganbayan has allowed Former PNP Chief Alan Purisima to travel to the United States.
The anti-graft court says, Purisima may go to the U.S. on September 5.
He should return on September 27, 2015.
Purisima earlier asked the Sandiganbayan to let him take a trip so he could visit his son who is studying in California.
Sandiganbayan has also ordered Purisima to pay a travel bond worth P 30,000.
He is required to report to the clerk of court within 5 days upon his arrival from the U.S.
Purisima is facing graft charges over an alleged anomalous courier deal in 2011.
