President Rodrigo Duterte extends his good wishes to one of the Vietnamese fishermen who were sent off during a ceremony at the Sual Wharf and Causeway in Sual, Pangasinan on Nov. 29, 2017. The five Vietnamese fishermen, who were held under the custody of the Philippine government after they were caught poaching in the waters of Bolinao, Pampanga, were provided with jackets, hygiene kits, and food items.
