Mommies spent an afternoon of good, wholesome fun with Friso at the Wholesome Table in BGC recently.
The event, which was hosted by Joy Mendoza, introduced the milk brand to mothers of kids 3 years old and up and offered workshops, that included herb gardening and bento-making.
Friso is a brand from FrieslandCampina, a company that provides millions of consumers in over 100 countries with nutrient-rich food products. The milk label is produced and packed in the Netherlands. According to Friso Four brand manager Leigh Formoso, Friso comes with a LockNutri Technology that makes the nutrients from the milk easy to digest.
“Since our child’s digestive system is delicate and still developing, nutrients in their natural state are much easier for delicate tummies to digest. After explaining the milk’s goodness, Giorgio Milano and Mackie Bretaña of Qubo Ph helped moms discover the wonders of herb gardening while highlighting the benefits of having easy access to natural food enhancers that are, like Friso, easy to digest.
Des Labii of Bento Mommas, on the other hand, showed mommies how to level up their baon-making skills. She said that aside from encouraging picky eaters to finish their food, bento-making allows mothers and their children to bond as they prepare the meals together—and at the same time, make sure that they use only natural ingredients.
After a sumptuous buffet of healthy eats prepared by The Wholesome Table, mommies received their LockNutri Starter Kits as they were welcomed to the Friso Four Community with a pledge.
“We aim to empower moms to ‘say no’ to less natural, processed food; and ‘say yes’ to natural ingredients. Because we believe that with your child strong on the inside, they become more resilient and can go on and experience more with you. And that’s what really matters most,” averred Formoso.
