MyTown, a co-living brand in the Philippines, is opening its 12th dormitory building this month to fill the need for the growing population entering the Philippine’s workforce.
Under its company Philippines Urban Living Solutions (PULS), MyTown built its first building in 2014, and was recently named by Chushman & Wakefield as a trailblazer in the rental accommodation market. MyTown has been building dorm-living facilities by providing amenities that boost tenancy. The interiors are functional and geared towards the lifestyle of young adults.
“MyTown’s co-living micro condos have provided a much-needed solution for young urban professionals by making metro-living accessible and affordable, while giving them a safe place to connect with like-minded people, and develop their skills through our tenant activities and amenities,” said PULS chief executive officer Mark Arellano Kooijman.
