Mandatory test

Public transport drivers form a queue for a surprise mandatory drug test conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency dubbed ‘Oplan Harabas’ on Friday at a terminal in Quezon City, in a bid to apprehend drivers working under the influence of illegal drugs.
