Carriedo cleanup

What used to be a hawkers’ paradise (left panel)  that was Carriedo—a  bustling stretch overcrowded with vendors and their makeshift tents—is now a  picture of order and sanity following  Manila City hall’s cleanup campaign to dismantle illegal structures.
