Members of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) successfully rescue a man, who scaled and tried to jump off a billboard atop MRT-3 Boni Station in Mandaluyong City on Saturday night. Authorities closed a portion of the southbound lane in EDSA during the rescue operation, which caused heavy traffic in the area.
