Thirty-five organizations in the Philippines impressed the judges in the 20th Annual International Business Awards, the world’s only international, all-encompassing business awards program that honor achievements in customer service, events, public relations and others.
Ayala Land Inc. was the most honored organization, winning 16 Stevie Awards including eight gold, one silver and seven bronze awards.
Ayala Land is a leading developer of sustainable estates, offering a diverse mix of properties such as residential, retail, office, hotels and leisure developments that support nation-building. The company was established in 1988 as the real estate arm of Ayala Corp. Today, Ayala Land has a total of 20 sustainable estates and is present in 55 key growth centers nationwide.
Winners were selected from more than 3,700 nominations submitted by organizations in 61 nations. More than 230 executives worldwide participated on 11 juries to determine the Stevie winners.
Other Stevie Award winners in the Philippines include Aboitiz Power Corp., ACEN RES, Amaia Land Corp., Avida Land Corp, Ayalaland Metro North Inc., Bases Conversion and Development Authority, Eastern Communications, Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc., Filinvest Land Inc., Filinvest REIT Corp., Globe Telecom Inc., Government Service Insurance System, Home Development Mutual Fund, IBM Business Services – BPO Philippines, Inspiro Relia Inc. and Makati Central Estate Association Inc.
The list of winners from the Philippines also includes Manila Electric Company, Maynilad Water Services Inc., MDI Novare, Megaworld Foundation Inc., Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, Metrobank, MYBUSYBEE Inc., One Meralco Foundation, Ortigas Land Corp., Ortigas Malls, PAGEONE , Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc., PJ Lhuillier Inc. | Philippines, PLDT and Smart, Pru Life UK, SM Investments Corp., Sourcefit Philippines and Tata Consultancy Services Philippines.
The awards will be presented during a gala event in Rome, Italy on Oct. 13, 2023.
Stevie Awards are conferred in eight programs: the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, the German Stevie Awards, the Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards, The American Business Awards, The International Business Awards, the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business and the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
