AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) and Newbie Station Logistic Inc. signs a new deal for the latter’s operations expansion. Newbie Logistic is set to become an anchor lessee at ALogis Calamba in Laguna, where they will occupy 33,400 square meters of gross leasable space. The company will also expand its presence in Biñan, Laguna by leasing an additional 11,600 sqm at the ALogis Biñan 4 facility.
