Mactan landmark in the offing

RLC Residences recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the fourth tower of AmiSa Private Residences. Located at Punta Engano in Mactan City, Cebu, AmiSa Private Residences is a leisure residential development by RLC Residences that offers relaxing, unobstructed beach views that can be enjoyed from the unit’s balcony. The first three towers of this development are now finished, while the pre-selling fourth tower was introduced in 2022.
