Actor Chance Perdomo tragically passed away following a motorcycle accident, his publicist confirmed to Variety. He was 27.

Perdomo was best known for his roles as Ambrose Spellman in the Netflix series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and Andre Anderson in the Prime Video superhero series “Gen V.”

The producers of “Gen V,” along with Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television, have expressed their condolences through a post on the show’s official social media pages.

“We can’t quite wrap our heads around this. For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person. Even writing about him in the past tense doesn’t make sense. We are so sorry for Chance’s family, and we are grieving the loss of our friend and colleague. Huge your loved ones tonight,” the producers’ statement read.

Following Perdomo’s death, the production for the second season of “Gen V” has been indefinitely delayed according to The Guardian.

Apart from his roles in television shows, Perdomo was also one of the supporting characters in “After We Fell,” which was the third installment of the “After” film series. Serving as his film debut, he played as “Landon Gibson.” He reprised the role in the last two films of the series which were “After Ever Happy” and “After Everything.”
