Robinsons Naga’s renowned Tree of Life is now open to the public once again.

Unveiled in 2018, it marked a milestone as the country’s first digital installation by artist Jefre and the inaugural permanent display featuring 3D projection mapping in a mall setting.

Inspired by Bicol’s taro leaf, the 15-meter fiberglass sculpture captivates viewers with its stunning transformations using projections.

Visitors can immerse themselves in captivating visuals, from celestial scenes to whimsical landscapes, during daily 3D mapping shows from 6 pm to 9 pm. Jefre, also known for creating The Victor, the Philippines’ tallest multimedia sculpture, views the Tree of Life as a symbol of Naga’s values and community spirit.

Now, it stands as a pride of the Bicol region, attracting tourists and serving as a gathering spot in the Central Garden, surrounded by diverse dining options ranging from local delicacies to international favorites.

As Jefre emphasizes, public art like the Tree of Life enriches lives by creating meaningful spaces for people to connect and engage with their surroundings.

This installation joins a series of beloved public art displays across Robinsons Malls, including Jefre’s “Heaven’s Gate” and Erwin Wurm’s “Austrian Mountain Cap.”
