Pinoy tech app aims to connect the world with one app

Cabanatuan City— This tech startup is aiming high to connect every 4.66 billion internet users in around the globe, and according to its founder, this ambitious goal starts its humble journey in this  bustling rural city.

FRM Group CEO Falwell Manzano (fourth from R) along with wife COO Ruby Gladys Mari, are flanked by the tech team behind NetGen. 

“This application can impact the world, it can change the way we consume and use social media an the internet. Buong mundo and mag-bebenefit. I’m so happy na magaganap ito sa probinsya,” said FRM Group CEO Falwell Manzano during the recent launch of their super app NextGen.

According to Manzano, the omnichannel mobile app was conceived with the objective of unifying almost every useful application currently available in the market.

The company also says that the conception of the application came from the demand for a better application that “could simplify one's life became a necessity.”

Manzano said that he wants to remove the complexity of purchasing subscriptions to various applications just to obtain its premium services.

"We want to simplify the user interface for the public as well as remove the complexity of shifting from one application to another as NextGen can do so with just a swipe," Manzano explained.

NextGen will function like a folder of applications and will have what most applications offer, from music, to social media services as well as hotel bookings and a buy and sell platform will also be present.

This, along with other functions will be united through a single account and will remove the need to remember a lot of passwords for different accounts from various applications.

FRM Group also said that NextGen will be available for download both in IOS and Google Playstore in the coming months.

While the application is still on its initial phase, Manzano aims to accomplish at least 300,000 downloads with the same number of users for its first year.

In the future, Manzano and his team plans to further innovate and enhance their app by acquiring partnerships with various institutions such as banks and hotels to further expand the use case of NextGen.
