Inari Amertron Inc., a leading Malaysian semiconductor company, is increasing its Philippine presence with a new three-story, 2,000-square-meter facility in Clark Freeport, Pampanga.

Inari Amertron chief executive Kean Cheong Lau expressed pride in the company’s growth and its dedication to innovation and employee development.

“We started as a small company in 2006, and today I can proudly say that we are the largest technology manufacturing services provider, and this means a lot for our people, our employees for 36 years who are still with us,” Lau said.

He said the expansion is a strategic move as the company is gaining new customers.

“We look forward to creating our pride and legacy, and to building a strong ecosystem here [in Clark],” Lau said.

The new facility will further enhance its technological service offerings, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) chip components and high-frequency radio products.

Meanwhile, Clark Development Corp. (CDC) president and chief executive Agnes Devanadera emphasized the agency’s commitment to fostering a strong supply chain within the zone.

“The CDC is committed to developing business interdependence among our 1,153 locators, ensuring that the needs of one can be met by others within the [Clark Freeport] zone,” she said.
