The BOC said in a statement the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce Philippines (FICCP), the Practicing Customs Brokers Association of the Philippines (PCBAP) and the Chamber of Customs Brokers Inc. (CCBI) lauded the agency’s recent improvements.

The FICCP specifically highlighted the office’s client-centric approach and responsiveness, particularly its effective handling of renewal applications.

“We take this opportunity to congratulate you on the many positive reforms that we are experiencing first hand when it comes to huge improvements on how things are done at the bureau,” the FICCP said.

Meanwhile, both PCBAP and CCBI commended the AMO for exemplary handling of Customs brokers’ registration and renewal processes.
