Growsari, a leading e-B2B platform in Southeast Asia, announced a $5-million strategic partnership with Oppenheimer Generations Asia (OGA).

The collaboration aims to further empower the 100,000 sari-sari stores in the Philippines through Growsari’s innovative platform, which offers B2B e-commerce (SariMart), MSME financial services (SariPay) and last-mile logistics (Tranko).

OGA, known for its extensive experience investing in sustainable businesses in developing markets, aligns with Growsari’s mission of empowering micro-entrepreneurs through technology.

Since its last funding round in 2022, Growsari has experienced more than double revenue growth and is nearing profitability.

“We are excited to partner with the Oppenheimer team. They bring a shared vision of tech based enablement of micro-entrepreneurs and of the bright future of the Philippines, while bringing a new perspective from their experience in other emerging markets,” said Shiv Choudhury, co-founder of Growsari.

Growsari is the largest platform in the e-B2B space in Southeast Asia, providing growth tools to 100,000 neighborhood stores across the Philippines.

Growsari earned several accolades, including Best Brand B2B in Asia E-commerce 2022, Trailblazer Award from Alibaba in Singapore, Innovation in Digital Commercial Financing in BAI Global Awards in the United States, LinkedIn Top 10 Startups of 2022 and Social Impact Award and Customer Excellence Award in the KMC Start Up Awards 2023.
