The local government of Los Baños, Laguna gears up for its 23rd hotspring bath festival highlighting the town’s observance of its 409th anniversary.
In a press briefing, Los Baños Mayor Anthony Genuino disclosed details of the forthcoming festivities to be held Sept. 17-22 with the theme “Patuloy ang Progreso sa Matatag na Bayan ng Bagong Los Baños”.
“The vitality of Bagong Los Baños is burning more and more in celebration of the 23rd Bañamos Festival which is more colorful, happier, more entertaining, and environmentally friendly Bañamos,” Genuino said.
The celebration will feature a thanksgiving Mass, carnival fair, awards for outstanding local businesses, Top 10 taxpayers and distinguished citizens, a Barangay Night, Miracles of Makiling Cultural Show, sports competitions, Mister and Miss Bagong Los Baños 2024, Color Clun, hot air balloon fiesta, a Market Bazaar, and a civic shower parade.
