Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, gave awards and paid tribute to its +3,500 associates in its three sites in Baguio City, as it celebrated twenty years of providing the peak of excellence to its customers.

Dubbed “Peak of Perfection: Celebrating 20 Years of Best Moments in Baguio”, the 20th anniversary party was a chance to reminisce on Foundever™ in Baguio’s best moments in the famous City of Pines.  The party was held at the Newton Plaza Hotel Convention Center.

According to Foundever in Baguio Site Lead and Senior Director of Operations Vida Haboc, their Baguio sites truly had humble beginnings, starting in 2004 with only 80 associates. At the time, their one and only site was at the Philippine Economic Zone Authority in Loakan, Baguio City.

“Today, Foundever in Baguio has blossomed into a powerhouse with over 3,500 associates across three thriving locations,” said Haboc.

“Of course, it was our chance to celebrate Team Baguio for all their dedication, hard work, and commitment to providing the peak of service and excellence to our customers, to each other, and to the Baguio City community,” she added.

Besides the good food and goodwill shared all around during the anniversary party, Foundever in Baguio also gave recognition to its associates. Awards were handed out to associates who have been in the company for 20 (Emerald Award), 15 (Kinsenyera Award) and 10 years (Pillar Award).

According to Haboc, the anniversary party was both a chance to look back on their milestones and also an opportunity to celebrate the present and look forward to an even better future.

“Foundever seeks not only to provide the best customer experience to clients but also to uplift its associates’ way of life, and also to do its part in contributing to the welfare of the Baguio City community,” Haboc said.

“Part of the milestones we celebrate are the projects that we have undertaken in cooperation with the Baguio City LGU. At present, we have partnerships with the Baguio City Public Library, as well as the LGU to help empower the youth through skills and training, and even to improve Baguio City’s wellness experience through activities that develop parks and gardens. We welcome the chance to continue these partnerships for the next 20 years and beyond.”

Also present during the 20th anniversary event were special guests Congressman Mark Go, representatives from the office of Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Vice Mayor Faustino Olawan, and Foundever in Baguio Senior Director Cris Gonzales; Site Directors GusgleanLagon, Mary Angeline Behis, Suzette Beltran, Elton Pascua, Jonathan Sarabia, and Gracey Carrera; and HBRP Director John Henry Valencia.
